Taxi Seguro App, is the first application that fights the Express kidnapping.
It allows taxi passengers in Latin America and any part of the world to travel in taxi safety. It uses the GPS to track each step of your trips, and sends each report to a web service. Using the web service, people of the user’s trust may check in. In case of any emergency, the application alerts via social networks (facebook, twitter).
Alerts can be sent if the taxi takes an strange route, if the taxi stays stops for an extended period and, of course, if the user hits PANIC button.
